The Mill Cities Invitational Relay this year is on Sunday, December 3, 2023.
If you are interested in running with and for the North Medford Club, please fill out and submit the Mill City Sign-up form.

Track workouts are moving to the Doyle field starting Thursday, August 31 and will be held at 5:30 pm.
